Project Integration

1. Provide an integrated Project – Operations approach for technical and operational considerations
2. Act as Owner/Operator’s representative in the Project Team
3. Ensure that clearly defined scopes of work (BOD) align to the operations philosophy, functional specifications/intent and reservoir depletion strategy
4. Provision of specific direction and input to frequently overlooked operational aspects
5. Formulate Strategic Planning documents that distinguish Basis of Design for the current depletion strategy and consider timing and scope of future system modifications
6. Application of appropriate technology
